Welcome to Amazoal, a digital platform built to help Sudanese businesses and entrepreneurs establish an online presence. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Services Provided

Amazoal offers users:

  • A digital storefront to display products and services
  • Integration with WhatsApp for communication and order handling
  • Tools to manage business content and branding
  • Access to updates and new features as we develop the platform

Note: Amazoal does not currently support online payment processing. Any transactions or negotiations must take place outside the platform (e.g., via WhatsApp). Online payments may be introduced in the future.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating or submitting your business profile.
  • You are responsible for your content, including images, descriptions, and communication with customers.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform, post harmful or illegal content, or impersonate another business.
  • You must not upload or display any images that depict human models or body imagery of women or men in any form.
  • Hate speech, racism, violence, or any form of discriminatory or offensive content is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding, and content created by Amazoal are protected under copyright. Businesses retain full rights to their uploaded content but grant us permission to display it as part of the service.

4. Platform Changes

Amazoal is in its early MVP phase. Features, designs, and services may change over time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at our discretion.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Amazoal is not liable for any indirect damages, lost sales, or misunderstandings resulting from product listings, customer communication, or external transactions.

7. Future Features

We may add features like online payments, dashboards, or analytics in the future. Any added functionality will be subject to updated terms.
